Dear Friends,
I wanted to let all of you know that I have decided to postpone further issues of YOUnique until a later date. I made this decision after finally getting to take my little girl out in the snow to build a snowman and realized I have not been able to spend the quality time I need to spend with her and her brother. When I began working on the magazine my children were both so young they napped a lot and did not need as much of my undivided attention. I felt that I could continue being a stay at home mother and take on the duties of the magazine. However, now that they are both toddlers and the magazine has become much more then a nine to five obligation, I have come to realize that I have to choose one or the other. My work will always be there in one form or another, but my children will grow up too quickly and I don't want to miss any part of it.
Although it is a huge part, YOUnique Magazine is only part of what my company, Dotson Design Studio creates. Dotson Design Studio will continue to serve Coshocton County by providing one of a kind custom print and web designs of all facets. YOUnique Magazine's website, Twitter, Facebook, Myspace sites will all stay active as I hope to continue the publication when I am able to put all of my efforts into the magazine.
I do hope all of you understand. I am so proud to have been able to publish six issues that have featured so many great people from my home town, Coshocton, Ohio. Coshocton is a wonderful place full of very caring and interesting people. I wish all of you much luck and I thank you for bringing YOUnique Magazine into your homes and making it part of your life for the past six months.
Sincerely,
